Met alle beroemde jaarlijstjes van 2015 nog in het zicht, zijn de nominaties voor de Grammy’s van 2016 al weer bekend gemaakt. Zoals te verwachten sleepte Taylor Swift een groot aantal nominaties (7) in de wacht maar is het toch echt Kendrick Lamar die maar liefst 11 keer genomineerd is. Door dat de inzendingen uiterlijk 1 oktober binnen moeten zijn bij de organisatie zal ’25’ van Adele pas mee mogen doen in 2017. De bekendmaking van de winnaars van de 58e editie is op 1 februari 2016.
