Bruce Springsteen heeft al veel gedaan gedurende zijn 40-jarige carriére, maar er zijn nog steeds dingen die zelfs hij nog niet eerder deed, zoals het regisseren van een film. “The Boss” heeft zijn regiedebuut met een korte film, getiteld ‘Hunter of Invisible Game’. In de film, gebaseerd op de track met dezelfde titel en komende van het album ‘High Hopes’, speelt Springsteen zelf de hoofdrol en is mede-geregisseerd door Thom Zimny.
Met een speeltijd van iets meer dan tien minuten laat ‘Hunter Of Invisible Game’ Springsteen zien als een vertrapte, onderdrukte man die verloren en al zwervend zich een weg baant door de wildernis. Je kan vanaf vandaag ‘Hunter Of Invisible Game’ bekijken op Springsteen’s officiële website.
